"I was lucky to get this hotel last minute and for a very reasonable price. I would stay here again for that reason. It is away from the main area so much quieter yet taxis are very cheap. The staff don't speak english so don't even try to ask for anything there!" - Rebecca Fergus
"Sri Phala is an good hotel in Sanur, nice and quiet, we stayed with a family in their garden family room and for price/conformt balance excellent. The only disadvantage is its location, long from restaurants and other places in Sanur as it is located at the Northern stretch. But with taxi, comfort and price, it was worth it and we returned." - walter de boef

"Quiet hotel and area - excellent to relax in, but still able to get cabs quite easily to busier areas like Kuta. Only 5 minutes walk to beach. Lovely beach to walk along- local beach market and restaurants serving typically Western food. A few restaurants nearby -serving decent food. Not many 'local' Indonesian food outlets. Good curry house within walking distance along main road with lots of tasty vegetarian food. Tours will pick you up from the hotel. Staff very friendly. Not many sunbeds, pool good, but not for length swimmers! " - Elizabeth Wood
