St. Ermin's Hotel London

The hotel is beautiful and it's location is excellent for everything you want to do during your stay. The hotel is clean and well kept and the staff is eager to assist with anything you may need.

Good location, nice room, Expensive in-room wi-fi.

Excellent location, close to Buckingham Palace and Westminster, also only a short walk from Victoria. A bit expensive for a breakfast at 18 each though!

An exellent location. We are a family with three children. We were happy to find out that we got two romms next to each other with good space.

Fine location just round the corner from St. James tubestation.

Very slow to have room ready at commencement of stay inspite of having booked and arrived early.

Although the room was non-smoking the previous occupant had smoked in it and achieved this by covering the smoke alarm with a towel. When we entered the room the towel was still covering the smoke alarm even though the room had been serviced, something the cleaner should have seen, and there was still a heavy smell of smoke. The air conditioning inthe room did not work. A fact we reported to the concierge, and received an electric heater to compensate. Although the room was clean the decor was in need of an upgrade.

Very well placed for Westminster

i know london is dear but 16 pounds for 2 drinks in the hotel is being like mugged .also the hotel lobby is very tired needs a good paint over .overall ....would i go again ..no i would stay somewhere else more upto date

Pretty average hotel for the price. Good facilities but the rooms didn't look or feel very 'swanky', although there is nothing negative to report on!

Above all, I was in London on a hot day in July 2006. It was a blessing to stay at the Jolly St. Ermins room which comes with pleasant air-conditioning.

We loved the Italian almost colonial style of the hotel and service. We will revisit. Only issue was that the tile grouting in the bathroom needed attention

Very Friendly Hotel

A very nice hotel with all the services you need for a perfect stay in London. Friendly staff, good food, clean rooms and located in the heart of London gives this hotel a thumbs up from me.

Pleasent ambience, staff very friendly and helpful. Bar and external terrace area particularly appealing. Rooms seem above average size for a London hotel.

Staff were excellent, friendly and helpful. Would recommend to anyone.

A spacious, and clean room. Reception staff were helpful and efficient.
