I have stayed at the same hotel atleast three to four times before during my business visits to UK.The rate offered used to be always including breakfast;but this time it was for 'Room Only' which was quite disappointing. Another thing I noticed was that they have stopped Pay TV facility now. On the whole there is nothing great to share about my stay there this time.
No service in the restaurant until 0630 so if U need to leave early as I did no breakfast. However food was excellent in restaurant night before. Good price, clean rooms but a little bit out of the way for just a nights stopover. However good location for trains into London and not a bad price for the room.
As always St Giles is excellent reliable value in a good loaction.
The close proximity of St Giles to Heathrow is a real plus. Also being close to Feltham station is a bonus. The staff could not have been more helpful. The whole atmosphere was one of friendliness.
Carpets were stained and the beds were uncomfortable, but as we stayed one night could live with it.
A good hotel, well priced and well located, with neraby facilities and transport
Stayed there before certainly not the best but not the worst either for the money is very good value for money. Staff helpful rooms a little tired but clean hotel could do with a bit of a makeover. Only gripe was i arrived at 4pm and Car Park was full then. Will i use the hotel again ....Absolutely.
Nice hotel, with a nice hotel bar - rooms a bit basic but for the money we paid we certainly wont be complaining. Will be staying here again in the future.
We stayed 3 nights with 2 doublle rooms in middle of winter, Rooms were good size, very clean tidy and warm. (beds were a bit lumpy) Breakfast was very good with good selections. Location was great , 2 min to rail station and supermarket. Rail line 25mins direct line to London center, and opposite direction 25 min direct line to Windsor Castle. 10-15 min taxi to heathrow. Price was more than most places we stayed thru Europe but for London was very good value. Hotel location and facilities - great.
Unfussy, clean and light. Bath not big enough, water slopped all over the floor. Ate a really nice meal in the restaurant but breakfast not great. Receptionist on check in very helpful and charming.
l have stayed here on numerous occassions and found it to be clean, reasonably priced, close to Heathrow and a very good restaurant for Dinner and Breakfast.
Great location for if you come in from Heathrow Airport.
We were only overnighters with an early morning departure, however, hotel organised a breakfast box the night before. Very handy for bus or train to airport.
Staff are not well trained and lack flexibility. Although the hotel was obviously not very busy, the front desk did not extend a late check-out by 2hrs (till 2PM). The hotel is good value for moeny though.
Once again a vey enjoyable stay at St Giles. Atmosphere very relaxed but everyone very helpful and at hand if I did encounter any problems.
Very convenient hotel for Terminal 4 at Heathrow. Staff pleasant and good buffet breakfast.
Nice, modern hotel with all the amenities one would expect. "Room service" consists of ordering from on-site restaurant, then collecting the food yourself. Food was very good. Hotel staff very helpful and polite. Hotel shuttle only runs specific times so we ordered a taxi the night before our departure which was the same cost, 15 pounds sterling. Hotel is within sight of Heathrow but it takes about 20 minutes to get there so be prepared. I would recommend this hotel, especially for early morning departures.
Great hotel. Rooms great. Price excellent.
We had tickets for Twickenham, ideal location as train station 5 mins away, 2 stops into to Twickenham. Also great curry house just across the road.
