"The location is convenent as few steps from Earl's Court tube station. Tenants are friendly and helpful. Room 10 is on first floor, clean and functional but very tiny. Shower and toilets very clean! "On the last night of the stay there was vermin in the bedroom. My daughter was to scared to go to sleep because of this. The breakfast staff were extremely rude and the breakfast room was the size of a cupboard. 16 chairs to fed an entire hotel before half 9. "Better than I expected for a 2 star hotel. New decor was very nice. Room very small, but clean, fresh and comfortable. A couple of minor problems were sorted out immediately, and in a very friendly manner. The breakfast included in the room rate could be improved on as very limited choices. The hotel is newly refurbished two star hotel. All 27 rooms are fully equipped with kitchentte, micro wave oven, tea and coffee making facilities, fridge freezer. All rooms are ensuite bathroom, some actually with bath tub. The hotel is situated in a residential road, just 4 minutes litterally from Earl's court tube station.

Getting there:

From Earl's Court tube station, just take the exit at Earl's court road and then take the second left into Barkston Gardens.

Check-in Procedure:
