High-end 4.5* rating serviced apartments. Fully furnished and equipped en-suite studios, one, two and three bedroomed apartments with internal laundry. Most apartments have balconies and our higher level floors have great city views. Larger than normal with high acoustic sound rating and fully air-conditioned. Please note: There is a strict no party policy and no noise after 10.00pm. Both policies are strictly enforced. There is a maximum of two extra guests per room between the hours of 8.00am and 10.00pm. Getting there:Located in the city centre on the corner of Tangihua Street & Beach Road. FROM THE NORTH - Take the Fanshawe Street exit. Follow Fanshawe round to Customs Street and keep driving straight ahead until you come onto Beach Road. We are on the left hand side. FROM THE SOUTH - Take the Symonds Street off ramp. Keep driving down Symonds Street, this will take you onto Anzac Avenue. Keep driving down to the bottom of Anzac Avenue and you will come to a set of lights. Turn right at these lights and you are on Beach Road. We are on the left hand side. FROM THE WEST - Take the Nelson Street exit. Turn right at the bottom of Nelson Street onto Fanshawe Street. Follow Fanshawe round to Customs Street and keep driving straight ahead until you come onto Beach Road. We are on the left hand side.

very comfortable quiet apartments. The only grumble is the TV channels, couldn't find some channels that we watch, ie All whites playing on Sunday night and Spartagus.

Booked two units for a party of stag night goers, Excellent value for money both the 2 bed and 3 bed units. very clean and spacious.
Spotless, modern furnished rooms. Check in professional and quick. Especially liked the in room washer and dryer. Kitchen smallish but well equipped and complete. Keep in mind you'll have little kitchen prep space. Shower only, but water pressure adequate. Beds very comfortable. Individual heat pump (AC and heater) for each room. Smallish balcony overlooking arena and parking garage. Two bedroom unit well suited to two couples or small family.
V Clean and convenient. Recent stay 2 weekends ago Helpful & friendly staff contarary to some other reviews. Will return purely for location which is close to Auckland transport facilities
Overall,a very good stay. Very impressive at the fact that since we stayed in the same hotel 1 year ago there has been minimal deterioration or wear to the apartment facilities. It could be seen as being well kept. Keep it up! :-)
Everything was great except for the customer service. The old man at the reception had a very bad attitude from beginning to end. He made us feel very uncomfortable and really disserviced the what the place had to offer. Other than that, the location and quality of the hotel was good.
Really happy with discovering this hotel / apartment complex. Great location, especially for Vector Arena. Great facilities that helped enjoy an amazing weekend. Will be staying again soon.

Well situated basic accommodation. Staff pleasant enough but not overly helpful.
Well presented and appointed, very clean and tidy, good service from the front desk and reasonably priced. Access to and from car park especially with lots of luggage a bit of a challenge. Overall, well presented, comfortable and affordable accomodation.
Limited access available to the hotel due to construction works outside. There was a lack of clear signage regarding parking and access to the hotel entrance. The rooms were clean. The queen double bed was in fact two king-singles joined together. It was too hard! The staff were courteous and helpful.
We stayed in a 2 br family apartment. Location was great. Short walk to Viaduct precinct and 20 minute casual walk to Sky City. The apartment was well presented with what a family would need and there is a Woolworths around the corner that is open 24 hours. A great general store is 3 minutes walk and great for breakfast. Stadium Waldorf is worth considering and we will stay there again when next in Auckland
We stayed in a 1 bed apartment, it was a little cramped but had all the necessary facilities. The bathroom had a very small shower, toilet & basin but no real space for toiletries, there was a washing machine crammed into the already small room which might have been better placed somewhere else (although at least it was somewhere to rest my toiletry bag!). The room was modern & the bed very comfy, surprisingly little noise from the busy road outside. We had problems using the lift with our room card for most of our stay which seemed to be a similar problem for other guests. Overall it was a nice room and perfectly fine for a couple of nights but we would probably choose somewhere else for a longer stay.
Lots of space in the rooms. Clean and tidy and great for working in. The light bulb that was out in the bathroom was changed as soon as I mentioned it. Convenient to the city with supermarket close by but not many restaurants
Overall the property was clean and tidy and good facilities within the room. Staff were helpful and friendly. Easy walking distance to CBD, located next to the Vectra Stadium.
Great apartment for our family (2 adults & 2 children) to stay in for a week. Great location in the city and supermarket just across the road. Only confusion was around how often the room is serviced as a couple of days it was missed. However, room facilities were great and with the apartments being new (opened January 2009) they were of a very good standard. Overall very satisfied.
Near new apartment, spacious and spotlessly clean. 5 mins walk to main thoroughfare and shops. Excellent rate.
