"We had a pleasant stay in this beautiful hotel with a lovely view of the harbour and Double Bay. Only complaints were that our room was not ready when we arrived and the valet parking was a bit slow in getting our car for us. It seemed that there was not enough staff to service the hotel on a busy weekend with a lot of weddings. Otherwise this hotel is lovely and I highly recommend it. " - Anonymous

"Service was unbelievably poor, room not made up on arrival, room service not as ordered, room not cleaned when requested so I finished making up the room myself. Similar complaints from my brother & sister also staying at the hotel. Finally we were located on different floors and unable to gain access to each others rooms due to security. It's a shame because the location and the hotel are fabulous. Never again. Jane Sorby

Follow signs to the City which will lead on to Southern Cross Drive. This road will then become South Dowling Street. Drive for approx 6km, then following signs to ‘Eastern Suburbs ’ then Ocean Street into Double Bay, then right into Cross Street, where hotel is
situated on left.
