It was a great room/apt really large and had a loft up above. The location was easy it was really close to the train station.

Continental buffet breakfast was great with fresh fruit and a wide variety compared to other hotels we stayed in. It was a shame that the jacuzzi was out of service and the gym equipment was broken. Very modern, clean and spacious. We had a room on the first floor with a huge balcony area. Very accommodating for a group of 5.
After stay at 7 different hotels around Europe in the last 5 weeks it was a pleasing hotel to stay in the staff where very helpful the loaction was perfect as across the road from the main train station and walking distance to the port. Would recommend to anyone to stay in
The hotel has good but a bit noisy situation about 200 metres from the Genova Piazza Principe railway station. The room was large and the breakfast was good. The staff were friendly. This was our second visit to Genova and this hotel.

The location of the hotel is only 300 metres from the main railway station. The room is guite a modern. The breakfast was better than in the hotels in Rome and Naples.
The location of the hotel is great for people who would like to know Genova centre and the old city. Breakfast is good and male sure to try the salami! It is some of the best in Italy. Altogether a great experience. Mi recommendamo!
Friendly staff who were helpful. Hotel in very student environment - a little seedy, close to Principe Station making access to other places very easy especially the coast . No restaurant on weekends, fish restaurant Lupo's nearby was excellent. Via Balbi is being renovated so noise until quite late, when completed it will enhance whole area. Rooms stylish, comfortable and v clean. Buffet breakfast v good, big selection including hot choices. A definite value for money 4 star hotel.
