The hotel is clean and comfortable but does not cater too well for those English speakers among us. The location is approx 30 minutes walk into Modena central. A taxi is between 8-11 euros for this journey which soon adds up. If you are eating out which I strogly suspect that you will with a less than exciting manu in the Hotel this cost soon adds up. Breakfast is very comprehensive with a combination of continental hot and cold buffet. However due to the non English speakers in the hotel eye contact is avoided in general to prevent the difficulty of trying to help with requests in a language they do not know. I have no issue with Italians not speaking English, they speak in their native tongue, perhaps this should e made clear in their website or not have an English website. If we had realised how far from the centre the hotel was and that we would have such a language barrier we would have chosen elsewhere. However, for the price it was not too bad all in all.
We did not have hot water in the room...just warm water. Nice hotel and located next to a bus stop. Nice indoor garage and free. Room was really nice and large. Enjoyed our stay and value of hotel.

We enjoyed our stay. The rooms were nice and comfortable and the staff friendly.
The hotel is very convenient when traveling by car. Free of charge covered parking, easy driving to different directions, you can stay at the hotel and visit for one day every place in the North Italy.
We really enjoyed our stay once we found the place, which is barely in Modena, being a fair way outside. A nice room and good facilities but miles from where we were led to believe it was. Finding it in the dark was a real pain.
