The location is good and very strategis. The facilities is not as much as paid for. If the price could be lower I think it would be very fully booked!
i am really please with the service at the check in destk. i was arriving at 10.30am in the morning and checked in the same time with no extra cost. that come at a surprise to me. as i have been to a lot of hotels and have to wait until after 12.00 to check in.
Cheerful colour scheme, bright room with large window that runs down from celling to floor. Room with 2 single beds and a rollaway bed can be added at HK$440 per night, but not all rooms can accommodate a rollaway bed. Maximum occupancy is 3.

Requested for a late check-out because my flight was at 8pm but the receptionist wasnt very helpful in checking whether the next guest will be arriving late i.e. late check-in. Need some prompting before he finally agreed to a late check-out at 2pm. Overall nice place to stay at if you are not carrying alot of shopping stuffs since it is still quite some distance from the MTR.
Rooms are small, but location is grat for shopping in Mongkok. Will stay again.
Room is very small. We didn't get the non-smoking room we have asked for, and the room's decor is a bit dated. But the staff is great, and they make you feel like you're staying at a 5-star hotel! Free wifi, only one block down from the heart of Mongkok, Stanford's a pretty good choice!
This is the hotel to stay if u are a tourist to HK.... Easily assessible to all the happenings and the MTR....... No hassle. Food atall at working distance. Room service very polite. Staff are all friendly... great job.
Clean rooms albeit it being small. Excellent location to most tourist attractions. The hotel has very friendly staff who are always ready to share their local knowledge with us. Highly recommended.
Despite being located in a rather dirty part of Mongkok, I found the hotel very clean and presentable. The bed was good and shower great. The hotel is very conveniently situated to shops and eateries and a short walk to the Mongkok MTR. They also have a shuttle which runs to the Kowloon Airport Express station which I used and found very convenient. I planned to switch to Cityview on my return trip via Hong Kong but have rebooked in at Stanford.
I enjoyed my stay there, the staffs are curteous, warm and helpful
location was very good, service was pretty good too. the only thing was that the restaurant was a bit expensive. and the air conditioning was leaking everywhere but thats common considering the high humidity. the room had no windows.
Apart from their Wireless internet connection fees being expensive it was a great hotel to stay in. Really good. I did book a non smoking room/floor and ended up on a smoking one, but this was only noticeable in the hallways upon leaving our room so not an issue.
very clean. excellent location. very safe and comfortable. service was good. will stay there again.
Too expensive for such a small room! Good location in Mongkok. Our non-smoking room had a bad cigarette smell! The only thing good about this hotel is location. Should be priced around 4-500HKD.
The location of the hotel is very good, near to the ladies market and MRT station. The hotel service is very good and the buffet is everage. Overall rating is good and will come back to staying again.
A promotional double room cost about £160.00 for three nights. Depending on the type of holiday you are taking will determine if you think this is good value or not. Used to backpacking in some of the worlds more affordable destinations I did not think my stay was particularly good value for money however it did compare favourably with other hotels in the Kowloon area hence my decision to select. BBC world service on the plasma was a bonus. The lobby/lifts were plush and the hotel staff efficient enough when they were required. A few doors away is somewhere to eat and a short walk will take you to a near night market. If you take the airport express to Kowloon and then catch a taxi to the hotel this will cost about another 3 or 4 quid. It's a good 10 minutes walk along Waterloo Rd to the nearest red line MTR stop on Nathan Road. Andy
This hotel was in a great location it was fairly basic but very comfortable very clean and staff was very helpful.
Friendly and informative staff, great location and impressive reception. Only suggestion would be more comfortable beds, they were rock hard!
I enjoyed my stay in Stanford hotel. Good service and good food.
Excellent location with lot of shops and foods stalls. Breakfast was same through my five days stay but if you feel like eating out was very convenience as the prices was reasonable. Counter staffs service was good.
The location of hotel is great but the bed was very firm. Probably an Asian thing. Room was not fancy but sufficient and wireless broadband was great! There wasn't an clock in the room which was a pity and the soap/shampoo/ conditioner were all in one liquid dispenser! Can't fault the service but I stayed there for 10 nights, which was a reasonably long time and sort of expected a little more in complimentary offerings but did not get any! As such, I'll probably just try another hotel for my next trip to Hong Kong.
