Beautiful hotel, very conveniently located near EU buildings, but not too far from centre either. Got really good price at hotelclub.com. I had a quiet room, which I find is unusual in Brussels. Some minor problems: air con couldn't be totally switched of, bit noisy in the night (annoying in otherwise quiet room); a little piece was broken off the shower; toilet roll holder came off the wall (last two especially not expected in a five star hotel). However, very good experience overall, will go back if similar price is available.

A very nice experience in a good location and with very friendly people.
This is a really nice hotel, it is very welcoming and very pleasant place to spend one's days while in Brussels. It is located in a quiet business area of Brussels two metro stops away from the Grand Place or a short bus trip away, about 10min. It is one of those places where one feels like relaxing in the hotel rather than spending the time out and about browsing the city. I definately recommend it if you can afford it and we will definitely stay there again if we can afford it.
