I have rated this hotel as average in all categories. It is in a fairly good location, near the night markets and not too far from the sunday night markets. The room was quite large although the bathroom quite cramped. The carpet was very old, stained and dirty. The reception staff were polite generally but at other times quite dismissive. There is an internal massage facility but when I told reception I had arranged an external Thai massage in my room, I was told there was a 100 baht "penalty". When I first asked to use the free internet near reception I was told OK but not given the password. I think I would be reluctant to stay there again.
This hotel is very near to many areas that you want to explore
There is no shutters in the room. It means that we are awaken at 6 A.M. the morning by the daylight.
This hotel is great. It located just a block away from the night markets. It is clean, spacious and the staff are great.
The hotel was very well located. The room was spacious and clean. Half of the stadd was VERY helpfull others were just ok maybe because of the special rates I had paid. Anyway it's a good hotel that I would recommend to anyone.
Lack basic facilities such as an iron & ironing board, OR an ironing room. Aslo no kettle or any tea/coffee making facilities in the rooms. Good hot breakfast provided in the dining room.
Nice and clean, great location (near night market and a road with lots of tour operators), friendly staff. Also enjoyed the choices for the buffet breakfast.
We stayed there only for one night, on the way to Laos. Breakfast may have not been as lavish as other hotels, but it was adequate and freshly made. We will stay there again when we come back to Chiang Mai.
