Disappointed. Limited variety of slot machines. Didn't play any of the slot machines. Went to play at Wynn and Grand Lisboa instead. Signs to Macau Ferry Terminal queue not prominent. Breakfast buffet not much variety. Complimentary fruits taken by staff when we were away :(
A very good hotel to live in. I love it's location and set up. Too bad, it does not come with a heated pool during winter.
the view was perfect. the room was fantastic and the service was really good especially the general manger of the casino. mr. peter is very helpful and accomodating. good hotel especially if you really need to relax.
Hotel is situated at a convenient location (walking distance to Wynn, MGM & Lisboa and shopping areas). Service staff are very friendly and helpful. Room has good facilities with separate bath tub and shower room. Room that I stayed in was facing the lake with an excellent view of surrounding. Hotel does not provide shuttle service to airport though.
I will stay this hotel again. Front office staff very friendly and service is excellent.
Very good hotel with excellent staff who are very happy to go the extra step to make your stay memorable. Great location to get around town by foot and see all there is to see.
From past and recent experiences, we have always indicate our preference for a non-smoking, including stating our request in our booking form. Unfortuately, the management has been unable to accede to our request. Some acknowledgement of appreciation for guests who always patronise the hotel would be good.
We had an excellent stay at Starworld. The staff were very friendly and gave good service. Ideal location for easy access to the island
The rooms are very nice in this hotel. The lobby is full of novelty "models" to provide some glamour and photo opportunities for the Mainland Chinese who crowd the place. They never got my "free" internet connection working and really didn't seem to care. The restaurants and Casino are rubbish. Only good for a really nice room.
