Good combination of location and comfort on a reasonible price

Would strongly recommend this hotel, rooms spacious, staff extremely pleasant and accessible to city centre.

overall very happy with the hotel though i felt really hot during the nights. the air conditioner was not affective at all.......

Very clean and spacious room. Design a bit awkward and the hotel as a whole has somewhat impersonal feeling. Quite central (10-15 min to Stephansplatz and the closest U-Bahn station). Breakfast very limited, but the kids can have full breakfas with eggs and cereals. 2 min away is a lovely children playground.

Nice, spacious suite with a separate bedroom; it was wonderful to have breakfast brought up to our room, my daughter loved it!

A hotel in the very city center, from where everything is in walking distance.

Location not that brilliant, a good fast 10min walk to the main underground station. Found the Office staff not too helpful - did certainly not go out of their way to assist. Housekeeping staff on the other hand were very helpful and pleasant. Rooms are on the dark side - we had a room facing the internal shaft which didnt give a lot of light. probably those rooms facing the street would have been brighter. Was very quiet though. If I visited Vienna again i wouldnt stay there again but would get somewhere closer to the action around Stephenplatz or Graben.

Big, quiet room, with complimentary coffee and continental breakfast in your room. just a 5 minutes walk to the major buildings and nice restaurants. friendly staff.

Good hote, nice personal service. Large room. We are a young coupleand had a pleasent stay. Only comment is that a small continenetal breakfest is included but for the ful breakfest you need to pay euro 13per persn per day. To expensive for the offered breakfest.

Nothing to complain about with the room. Upon check in however, we were told that the buffet breakfast was included with our stay. At breakfast, we were not informed by the breakfast staff that we were supposed to only get a continental breakfast (which only comprises of bread varieties, spreads and juices). We stayed three days and this was not brought to our attention on any of those days. As we found at upon checking out, there was an additional 26 euro per day charge for breakfast (2 pp). We subsequently informed management of what we had been told (or rather not told) and we were not charged for the extra breakfast (which was not worth the extra 13 euro pp as it was just cereals, eggs and cheese). Apart from that, we could not fault the service of the hotel and its staff.

Excellent find- Large living room, bedroom and reasonable bathroom. Fridge and microwave. Decent breakfast. Really nice exercise room and sauna. All this on a really quiet side street but yet very central.

Overall good suite hotel if you want to visit Vienna. The rooms are not super big, but they are enough for a family of three. Be sure to book with buffet breakfast.

Great rate for a lovely self contained apartment and breakfast. Very good service and walking distance to St. Stephens. Highly recommended.
