Absolute amazing place, jsut the charges of 28 Euro for 24 hours of Internet is ridicoulus high...

Comfortable suites, excellent location. You can walk to any place in the old city of Vienna. Very friendly and competent staff. Good coffee for breakfast. I will definitely return when I go to Vienna again!

A very comfortable hotel - large rooms with a microwave and mini-fridge. Close to the airport bus, metro and centre of town. Have stayed there twice and will return on my next trip to Vienna.

Very convenient, clean well run apartment hotel. Enjoyed staying here.

Overall, its a really well priced, very well managed and clean hotel with all basic essential facilities. I think it would be a surprise to find any other hotel with a better pricing for its facilties provided.

Nice very big rooms.

Initial dissappointment as it did not look very luxurious for the four star rating. However rooms are very spacious with separate bed/living/bath rooms and very clean and comfortable although lighting could improve. The level of service was exceptional, 24 hour manned reception, good English speakers, very friendly and keen to please. The reception will book tours for you (pick up at the hotel), and give you stuff for the room on request (extra shampoo, slippers etc). Our room was hot shower only (no tub) with good water pressure, on site safes, and wireless internet signals throughout (I counted at least 10 you could pick from) but it is a credit system at 4 Euros for an hours worth of credit (Dec 07 prices), but the staff advise on economising on the credit system (log on / off after page load). The location is also very accessible, we walked everywhere for the four days we stayed. Due to the one way street system it is faster and cheaper to walk to the hotel than to take a cab!

The staff were very pleasant! The room was great, and very very clean. The facilities it included were also fantastic. The laundry was way too expensive. The breakfast that was included in the hotel room price was called 'continental' but did not include breakfast cerial, yogurt or fruit - which were there but at extra cost. Location of this hotel is superb with city centre walking distance away, close proximity to metro station, restaurants all around as well as supermarket - but not too noisy at all! Ideal for Vienna. We will come back to this hotel when back in Vienna without hesitation!

Biggest rooms per rate. Aircondition and big and convinient bed. Continental breakfast in the room a big +.

The water tap in a suite did not work so they gave us another suite where one light did not work. Othervise nice suites, breakfas served in room, sauna, fitnes. Located in a quiet street a few steps from the center

Nice hotel with huge suits - a living area with bedroom and a separate wc and a shower room. The hotel also has a modest sauna department available for guests free of charge. Breakfast is quite limited unless you are willing to pay extra 13,50 for bacon, eggs etc. Fair deal for 110 euros a night in May. Staff is friendly and location ok.

I was very nicely surprised the hotel is located very closely to Vienna heart. The hotel staff are good skilled and good-natured. Rooms are very clean and large. With pleasure will stay in this hotel in next time my visit.

Beware of selecting breakfast from the wrong area if you are paying for a continental breakfast. Choose from the wrong area and you pay 13.50 euro extra per person and ts definitely not worth it. Otherwise its a good hotel and great location.

Excellent alternative option to the standard hotel room. Great location, good price and professional staff. Only thing i would check in the future would be if the rooms had airconditioning. There was no individual controls and could not see any obvious vents, that would be my only concern, otherwise excellent dollar value

Optimally located also in terms of access to/from airport, as it is only 3-4 munites walk from where the airport bus drops/takes you (Schwedenplatz & Morzinplatz). Continental breakfast is included in the room charge but if you opt to take from the breakfast buffet, it costs you extra.

Hotel very good for families. All rooms are suites, with a living-room separated from the bedroom, each one with a television. Very good location.
