Getting there:Airport: Genève Cointrin (800m). Car: Motorway A40, exit Bellegarde, follow directions for Genève via pays de Gex, or, exit Genève Airport then Ferney (Compulsory Swiss Road Tax applies). Train: Gare TGV Genève Cornavin (3 km).
Check-in Procedure:Reception is open from Monday to Friday from 06.30 am till 09.30 pm. On Saturdays and Sundays, the hotel is open from 07.30 am to 12.30 pm and from 06.00 pm to 08.15 pm. Outside these hours please go to hotel Median situated just in front. Local tax is to be paid upon departure at 0.3 € per person, per night.Wifi connection is available at 8 € per hour.The hotel does not accept checks as a means of payment.

very close to the airport, clean, a safe is present for valuables, reception was closed and I had to go to the other hotel to collect the code for the room (the advert was not clear about its location, no picture), no kettle in the room
This hotel is very basic and badly in need of a refit. I have stayed here a number of times because it is very close to Geneva airport on the french side. It is also relatively cheap. Not somewhere I would take my wife on holiday but good enough for ski buddies with an early morning flight.
The hotel is at the border of France and Geneva. Near to the Geneva airport but it is at France actually.
Basic but adequate hotel conveniently located close to airport and exhibition centre.
The Star Geneve Airport Hotel in Ferney Voltaire is a basic hotel within in easy reach of Geneva, 5 minutes from the border. Reasonably priced and clean but basic but perfect for accessing Geneva and for a nights sleep
The rooms are very worn out and not very nice.
I think that the breakfast arrangements could have been improved as at busy times items were not readily available for use such as Cutlery and plates and cups. I stayed with you a year before at the same period during the nearby EBACE Exhibition. I think that your hotel has improved better as the staff are on duty longer for checking in periods in the evenings to save the need for visiting the nearby hotel to obtain our room security number. Many thanks and I hope to stay with you for EBACE next May 12 to 14 2009.
Nearby airport/shops. Just for sleeping and breakfast good hotel. Breakfast is a simple buffet, but you can take as much as you want !! Will perhaps visit it next year again during the autoshow of Geneva
The hotel room was very basic, but also very cheap. A positive plus is the bus stop just in front of hotel making access to Geneva very convenient. Breakfast did not offer any fresh fruits. In general price an service ratio is acceptable.
