"I think that the breakfast arrangements could have been improved as at busy times items were not readily available for use such as Cutlery and plates and cups.
I stayed with you a year before at the same period during the nearby EBACE Exhibition. I think that your hotel has improved better as the staff are on duty longer for checking in periods in the evenings to save the need for visiting the nearby hotel to obtain our room security number.

"Although it stated that the counter open until 10.30pm, it closed when we arrived. We have to take the keys somewhere 200m from the hotel at night time, luckily we rent a car. " - Anonymous
"Nearby airport/shops. Just for sleeping and breakfast good hotel. Breakfast is a simple buffet, but you can take as much as you want !!
