"The lobby is clean, but hallways leading to the rooms smell something bad. Not just my floor, but others because I had to leave my luggage to go away for 1 night and was placed in another floor which had the same kind of unpleasant smell.
Also I had to tell the cleaning staff to vacuum the floor, and they didn't.
The breakfast buffet is the worst I've ever experienced in all my years of travel. Not enough coffee, food, and seats for the tours they book into this place. The food at the neighbouring 7-11 was better!" - Stanley Loh
