Getting there:By Rail: The hotel is located directly opposite the railway station By Air: There is an airport linkbus (Number 27) which leaves at thirty minute intervals from a stop opposite the hotel. Directions: From the South, follow the A90 Dundee - Aberdeen road. From the North enter Aberdeen via the A96, and then follow the signs for the city centre and railway station.

I was on business travel and needed just a place for the night close to the train station. Can't get much closer as this is right across the street. Room is pretty standard for the price range -- all the usual stuff, at a reasonable quality level. The central heat was on a bit too high for me and there seemed to be no way to moderate it so I had to open the window (I did not try calling downstairs to see if they could adjust it). Staff were OK -- a little choppy on check-in but nothing way off course. Definitely not cheap but seemed to be the cheapest I could find in Aberdeen during the week. I would recommend as a place for business travel where all you are doing is staying in the room and/or you really want to be right next to the train station. I'm not sure it would be a great leisure travel experience though not bad per se.

The hotel entrance,is very disapponting and the degree of cleanliness is below average while the room was well cleaned and and modernised. The facilities in the room are good and well stocked.
