"as there's no reception at the actual location of the hotel, it's a bit difficult to make requests etc. it's fully automated, although the automation is smart, but apart from getting the keys, handing back the keys, booking the sauna, you can't too much." - Anonymous
"I liked the hotel, the location and the area. The sauna was almost always available. Some drawbacks are that there is no reception, but phone service is always possible. There was no hall. The cleaning personel is non-visible. They missed to clean the room and I wasn't able to change towels..." - Anonymous
"Quite ok hotel, located next to the harbour and city center (5-10 mins by feet). A lot of utencils (whatever you need for cooking), good bathroom, tv, wireless internet - really good. Unmanned, you get email with the code of the entrance and the key box, where you collect your room key and then drop it once you leave. " - Anonymous
