"Our standard room had an ordinary wooden door interconnecting with the room next door. The people next door were talking loudly and animatedly into the wee small hours of the morning. After a 22 hour flight we could not get to sleep. Complained a few times and someone was supposed to come up and address the issue. Complained in person at the reception desk and we got a new room. Problem solved. Good airport hotel but standard rooms might have this problem. We ended up in a superior room and they are much better. The hotel breakfast is absolutely fantastic.
