"The hotel is located very near to Interlaken west railway station. It is just 10 minutes by walk.
But the pricing is bit high considering the small size of the single room. They have a mini bar inside the room. You can use the drinks in it and pay when you check out.
Also the rooms do not have air conditioner. It will be very difficult to stay here in summer. Even in a cold season like this it was soultry for me inside the room.
The hotel is very clean and they offer a decent breakfast.
The reception staff are cordial and provide very good information about the city and tourist spots. But they work only till 11 PM and after that recption staff will answer only emergency calls. Thus it is difficult to get some information in late night." - Jagannath Srinivasan

"The service at this hotel was stellar - better than anywhere else I've stayed. It was clean and relatively well located. On the other hand - the room was old, both furnature and decorations. I would have expected more from a 4 star and the price. But, if personal high quality service is what you're looking for - this is definatly the place.
