Very Central to the town and close to the wine lands
We were very happy with the location but the room was small compared to the other hotels we stayed in Cape Town. There are excellent restaurants and other facilities in close proximity of the hotel. It is clean and tidy and the staff were very helpful.
No problems checking in very late, excellant location for centre of town.
This hotel deserves better service than it actually provides. The location is great for visiting the town, the prices too, the rooms and hotel very nice but the receptionists do the minimum. Note that there is an information center just across the street, which is very helpful if you want to travel around.
not bad at all but we ended up with an apartment rather than two rooms and this was quite modern and may not reflect some of the other rooms
Excellent location. Weekend staff not quite as efficient as they could be, but a pleasant stay. We were upgraded at no extra charge to an apartment - wonderful. The only extra thing they could have done would be provide bath robes! Oh, the water pressure in the shower was lousy, but they are renovating so that might have something to do with it. Don't plan on sleeping late as the trash collectors seem to being around 6:30 am and the rooms are not soundproof. Would definitely go back there.
