Stesicorea Palace is set in the heart of Catania, the most important commercial centre of Sicily. Its design express un perfect fusion between antique and modern. The hotel is in the historical manor palace of 1800 situated near the ruins of the greek roman theatre and the barock street Via Etnea-shopping centre of the city.

Getting there:
From The railway station Just out of the railway station you can easily find the bus terminus of the AMT Azienda municipale trasporti Catania. Choose a bus among 4-7, 432, 449 o 429 bus. Get off the bus at the bus stop Stesicoro. Stesicorea Palace is at Piazza Stesicoro, 56 near McDonalds of Catania. From the bus station Just out of the terminus of the bus-lines SAIS, ETNA Trasporti, AST, head to the railway station which is just 100 m far and there you can find the bus terminus of the AMT. Choose the bus among 4-7, 432, 449 o 429 bus. Gett off the bus at the bus stop Stesicoro. From the airport Just out of the airport exit you can easily find the bus stop of the AMT Catania. Take the 457 Alibus bus and get off the bus at the stop Stesicoro. Stesicorea Palace is at Piazza Stesicoro, 56 opposite of statue of V. Bellini or taxi stop.

Very friendly helpful staff, small problem with leaking shower tray but staff did their best to solve problem. All in all very satisfied and would stay in this hotel again.

Nice hotel in an excellent location, with friendly and helpful staff. The only main drawback is the fact that the hotel is on the 2nd floor (my room was on the 3rd...) and there isn't the lift. There is no hotel parking, but several places where to park paying the toll.

The location of this hotel is excellent to visit Catania. The hotel is clean and the staff very nice. The breakfast is not very good : not a 3* hotel breakfast.
