Getting there:Located on the corner of Latimer Square and Gloucester Street, two blocks east of Cathedral Square (central city). From Christchurch Airport (located on the Western outskirts) a taxi takes approximately 20 minutes and costs approx. $30. A shared shuttle service (we recommend Super Shuttle) costs approx. $13 per person. From Christchurch Railway Station (located Southwest of the city centre) a taxi taxes 10-15 minutes and costs approximately $20. By car: From north - on reaching Bealey Avenue, turn down Manchester Street then left onto Gloucester Street. From south - at the Sockburn roundabout take the Riccarton Road exist, follow onto Riccarton Avenue, through Oxford Terrace and Lichfield Street, turn left up Manchester Street then right onto Gloucester Street.
Check-in Procedure:Check-in time from 2pm, check-out time is 10am. Early check-in is subject to availability on day of arrival. A credit card imprint or $200 room bond, plus $20 refundable access (key) charge is required on check-in. Baggage storage lockers/room available for early check-in or late departures.
Car parking:Off-street parking is available. Guests are required to display a vehicle pass, which is available from reception.
Child Policy:Rates include adults OR children using existing bedding. Maximum occupancy is as stated, rollaways are not available. Baby cots are available on request at $12 per night.
Very enjoyable stay, nice and handy to the city, no car required.
We stayed in the 3 bedroom apartment and it was excellent, everything was how it was discribed on the website and the service was fantastic. A++ I'll being see you guys again next time I'm in Christchurch.
We stayed in a one bedroom motel unit for one night. We arrived early (11am) & our room was ready, which was a bonus. The unit was very clean & had everything we needed, including a lovely spa bath which was very necessary after pounding the pavements. A Portacot was provided for us (extra $12 charge). The place is close to central Christchurch - easy walking distance. We didn't really use any of the facilities (pool/internet/lounge etc), so hard to comment on these. I felt the motel was good value for money.
Very good location for accessing the CBD. I can only comment on the 2 bedroom Motel Unit but it was clean and well appointed.
Excellent accommodation to suit any pocket. Great location close to Cathedral Square. Excellent, friendly and helpful staff. A real bargain!

A very spacious yet cosy feeling place to stay.
This is our second time to stay and we would highly recommend this facility to fellow travelers. They have a wide range of accommodations that will suit all budgets. Only 2-3 block walk to the church square. We had a room with our own kitchen. Everything was clean and tidy. The only complaint would be the ceiling squeaks when people walk across the upstairs room. Not a good thing at 4 am.
Nice mix of backpackers and self contained accomodation. The friendly staff made an otherwise eventless overnight stay a bit more enjoyable.
fab location and great facilities, can be a bit of a wait at reception as backpackers as well - we stayed in apartment and had to wait to check in as lots people requiring more infro than us
The actual apartment we stayed in was newer than the rest of the complex. The location was great and we had a great time.
Extremely helpful staff. Good location close to city centre. Old buildings upgraded to a very acceptable standard inside.
This is the best serviced apartment that I ever stayed in New Zealand. As you will know this apartment has won distinction award from New Zealand tourism. I am really recommend you to stay this apartment.
Would be a good place to base yourself from if you were planning on staying for an extended period. Had all the facilities you would need including cooking and washing appliances. Very spacious and good location.

The 3 bedroom apartment was fantastic. Really nice indoors and excellent outdoor area. Having a garage with garage door opener was really handy. Would definitely recommend ***
