Cragganmore Cottage
Cragganmore Cottage is a beautiful 2 bedroom self contained cottage that can sleep six adults. There are wonderful views of Parson’s Bay and Storm Bay and a large deck area with a gas barbecue for you to enjoy the warm summer evenings and a cosy log fire for the chilly winter ones. Inside, there are two large bedrooms, a full kitchen which is equipped with everything you could need to prepare a gourmet meal in style. Children over 5 welcome.

"The best accommodation we stayed in Tasmania! Only 15 minutes from Port Arthur and it was easy drive after the Ghost Tour. I couldn’t believe my luck to find this B & B, tastefully furnished lounge/dining room with a huge balcony has fantastic view. We took most inexpensive room with separate bathroom which we didn’t have to share with other guests as we intended to stay only one night arriving after 10pm, but other rooms have on suite bath room and one room I peeked in had a balcony with beautiful bay view. Jill makes lovely breakfast and coffee (good coffee is very important for us) and she also offers dinner and apparently they are very delicious. We would have eaten there if we knew. The owner Jill and John were lovely and interesting to talk to and we felt very much at home. But watch out for wallabies (small kangaroos) on the drive way at night. Cragganmore Cottage is a private self-contained luxury two-bedroom cottage that sits within the grounds of Storm Bay. (Children over 5 welcome)

Local activities range from boating and fishing to some of the best wilderness and bush walking in Tasmania. There is world class diving at Eaglehawk Neck and surfing at Roaring Beach. Storm Bay is truly a Tasmanian experience.

Getting there:

From Hobart or the airport, take the A3 to Sorell then turn right onto the A9 towards Port Arthur. Just past Taranna turn right onto the B37 towards Nubeena. At Nubeena, continue on the B37 for approx. 2km then turn right to White Beach. Storm Bay is 1km on the left.

Check-in Procedure:

Check-in 2pm-6pm. If arriving after 6pm, there is a phone at the door to contact us if no-one is there to greet you.
