Always an excellent hotel.
shower head was broken and even thought reported not repaired for two days. could not use internet and again reported.
The Stormont is most definitely a hotel of luxury and prestige. Each bedroom is tastefully decorated and furnished to the highest standards, persuading guests to come back time after time! We have recently completed a new executive floor of bedrooms for added comfort. Rooms with disabled facilities are on request basis and are subject to availability.
Great hotel. Extremely friendly staff. I was surprised that they didn't have a swimming pool on the premises though.
Brilliant
I was there with my husband, elderly parents and 3 small children and everyone had a wonderful stay. The staff couldn't have been more helpful and friendly. Would happily stay there again.
The hotel is spotlessly clean and the service is friendly and very good. It is a bit out of the centre of Belfast but is beside the Parliament
Great hotel -mainly for politicians & business types, but all the same was a comfortable place to stay. 4 miles from Belfast city centre, so you need transport to get around.
The hotel is very good but with a slight problem manning its switchboard. In bound calls can be delayed Concierge services and reception were excellent and housekeeping was 5 star
when I arrived at the hotel my reservation was non existing, reception was helpful and put we into an executive room. The room was fine, bed really comfy and plenty of tv stations. The bathroom was a disgrace for a four star. It was so out dated with filled holes in the tiles and water marks in the tiles. The bath panel was broken which there is no need. The breakfast was very poor, it was cold and the selection was limited and it certainly no where near the £16 price tag. If had better breakfasts at a roadside cafe. The bar was closed at 12am even though plenty of people wanted a drink and this was on a friday night
service at breakfast was non existant but otherwise an excellent hotel and a short drive both to the city and its airport
No restaurants in the vicinity so you have to eat in one of two options on the premises, the main hotel restaurant or the bistro. These are both OK and reasonably priced for a hotel - though a bottle of wine will cost £18+ in either. However, committed foodies should think twice about a stay of more than a couple of days as the menu is not that exciting. Breakfast pretty good though, with enough to choose from. We particularly liked the unsalty sausages and the not-too-buttery scrambled eggs (often a quibble with us in hotels in Ireland), and the matter of over-salty black or white pudding was simply resolved by having none of either on offer. Overall, a hotel I would only recommend to those who, like ourselves, don't mind a quiet, feet-up sort of break rather than a lively, sightseeing one. People of a certain age, let's say.
Clean & comfortable. Staff helpful and friendly Ideal location just outside Belfast City Centre Would recommend this hotel
A lovely hotel with friendly staff
This is my fist disappointing stay in the Stormont. They were carrying out noisy renovations which started early in the morning. When it was pointed out to the reception they didn't want to know.
Very good value for money.
Good location just outside the city, free carparking, nice breakfast. Staff very friendly and helpful. Will stay here again.
Lovely hotel in a great location. Would highly recommend and will be staying here again.
We stayed in the Executive Rooms which were excellent value for money. The location is just four miles from the City of Belfast but is in a very good location, opposite Stormont Parliament. Our stay was very enjoyable indeed and we would definitley stay at the Stormont again.
Be aware that the restaurant is closed for a month (we went in August and it was closed!)The Bistro was lovely but would have been nice to have had a la carte one evening as we were there 2 nights. Otherwise lovely
overall very good would stay again.
