"We had a very small attic room - grossly overpriced. The window was 16 ins square and would not open.
Breakfast was moderate at best.

The Best Western Cromwell Hotel is a brand new contemporary hotel opened June 2007 located just a few minutes walk from Gloucester Road tube station. All the 57 rooms are air-conditioned, ensuite with LCD tv's and have Wireless internet access free of charge. Superb location within easy walking distance of Harrods and the Natural History Museum. The hotel has a lift to all floors. A full buffet breakfast is available at an extra charge.
The hotel also offers a relaxed and contemporary bar in which to enjoy a drink or a snack or sit back and watch the large screen television which has satellite channels.
