Check-in Procedure:- Our check in time is 2.00pm. Early check in are subject to room availability. However, you are able to guarantee an early check in by registering and paying for the night before. Check out time is 12.00pm (noon). *Late check-out is subject to availability of the check-out date. - In case you fail to check in, a ‘no show’ penalty of one night charge per room will be applied. - Early check-out is subject to charge 1 additional night of the agreed room rate.

One of the most comfortable hotel i've ever stayed in!
the pool is about 140 FEET long, NOT metres. some ground floor rooms open directly to the pool from the balcony, which is a nice feature. rooms are big and well appointed.
good location ,very near to the beach. Price for a can of beer is cheaper inside your room's fridge.
The hotel is located near the beach, just 3 mins walking. Its service is good, however there is only 1 free computer for Internet access.
Eveythings is wonderful except the working table in the room is too small.
We have enjoyed our stay at Sugar Palm Karon Resort, Phuket. As compared to facilities provided, the rates are very reasonable. Swimming pool of the hotel is excellent.
The pool is amazing, must have been more than 120 metres long. Good location and great buffet breakfast for 150 baht, can't beat it. Definetly staying again
A nice, long pool.. although it could have been deeper and lacked a poolside bar/snack facility. Nice bathroom. The breakfast is good, although the chefs are apparently unable to do poached eggs.. only fried or omlettes.
there are internet facility for free of charge but too many people using it, so hardly to get one... they should have more computer there
The only fault we could find was a couple of mozzies that snuck into our room. Love the place!
Overall hotel is clean and chic, only 2 mins to Karon beach and very good loacation. However, breakfast is not yummy and staff is not in deep service mind.

A very nice and brand new hotel with good location. The room was big, and with a nice bathroom. The breakfast was ok. I stayed in a delux- room with good view. I would stay there again if I go back to Karon Beach.
This is an excellent place to stay if you want to relax as it is nice and quiet. The pool is great and refreshing. The staff are excellent and very helpful. I would stay there again.
Good location and new facilities. But the breakfast was not so good comparing other Thai hotels. Because they look like renovated recently and changed name, taxi drivers are not familiar with the name. Otherwise, good enough in general
