We have booked 3 rooms for 3 nights. I expressed common opinion of 6 persons. Nice hotel, friendly multi-lingual stuff. Hotel is very well located and price for the quality is very good. Being in Vienna again all of us will chose the same hotel.
Stayed in the hotel for 5 nights. The single room is extremely small so had to pay 20 eur/night extra to move to double for single use. The breakfast was fine. The staff is mostly helpful but sometimes seems to be unfriendly. The location is still fine, but not exactly in the city centre. So generally the hotel is medium level and recomended to budget travellers.

Excellent breakfast
The hotel room is very small. If you drive, make sure you make advance booking for parking as the hotel has very limited parking lots.
As we spent only one night at this hotel, it is difficult to assess in full. However, the bedroom and sitting room were spacious, clean and well equipped. The front desk was quick to respond to our needs and breakfast was delicious. We will plan to return to this lovely hotel.

The staff is very friendly and accomodating. The breakfast provided is not bad either. My family and I will definitely stay in this hotel again should we ever visit Vienna again.
The hotel was being renovated when we stayed (July 07). There was no air con and it was very hot outside but at least there was a fan in the room which helped. Excellent breakfast. There is a great pub, the Wieden Brau, just around the corner (Waaggasse 5), with good food and the best beer (made on the premisses) in Vienna. The reception also arranged a car to take us to the airport for a very good price. Overall highly recommended.
This Hotel has friendly and helpful staff. The location is very handy to the numbers 63 and 65 trams plus the U 1 Metro is just 200 meters away. The breakfast was great. The one computer in the lobby to check emails was handy (and free) I would highly recommend this hotel
A good hotel at a reasonable price. A fair walk to the main part of town.
We had a fantastic stay. The only issue was the construction noise; even with the windows closed-we were awoken by hammering and machinery. Other than that, service was great. THE BREAKFAST IS THE BEST EVER.
Nice and friendly hotel, not right in the city but still only a comfortable walk from the city center. Generous breakfast buffet and free internet in reception, very helpful staff.
Our third stay in this hotel, still very recommendable, allthough the lack of air-conditioning made it problematic to sleep in the heat (especially with a street-facing room), and the breakfast is still not 100% 4-star-standard. The entire staff however works hard to make the stay enjoyable and suceeds.

Construction on site did not bother us. Very helpful and friendly staff.
Second time visted. 1- wireless LAN does not work in some rooms and is capricious. 2- heating in some rooms inefficient but they provide a separate heating unit. 3- size of cups for breakfast not compatible with tea drinkers 4- ligthing in room a bit weak for reading But overall, all right.
I really enjoyed my stay at the Suite Hotel. Very friendly and helpful staff, wireless network worked flawlessly. Delicious breakfasts served in the cafe downstairs. 5 mins walk to the nearest U-bahn - cross the street, go into the Schluesselgasse, at the end turn left into the Mayerhofgasse and the Ubahn station (U1 Linie) is at the end of the street on the right. Otherwise if you prefer to walk - Karlsplatz is just 10 mins walk away from the hotel. Highly recommended. Vienna's got all the magic :) We even received a small but very nice Xmas gift from the hotel staff :) If I'll ever find myself in Vienna again (and I surely will) - it'll be Suite Hotel!
We were very happy with our stay at zur Oper Hotel Vienna. The staff was very helpful and the room and breakfast were very nice.
