Suites Hotel Knowsley Liverpool

11 of us stayed on Saturday night and could not fault the hotel and the service.... thank you very much.

Very comfortable room which was very clean and well appointed. Location not great but reasonable once you have found it. The signposting was helpful. Breakfast was good but the staff struggled a little with the number of people.

We stayed at this hotel for a long weekend whilst visiting Knowsley Safari Park and Chester Zoo. Upon arrival the reception service and check-in was very efficient and courteous. The room was very spacious and well equipped including a safe for valuable possessions and the room was cleaned daily. The hotel is in an industrial park type of setting and there is very little in the near vacinity which means that you are pretty much restricted to the hotel for meals, etc. However, the breakfasts are superb, you are able to choose from a wide selection and can go back as many times as you wish. The evening dinner service is a little expensive for what you get (£65 for a 3-course meal for 2), but the food is of a very high standard. There is another menu available at a reduced rate (3 courses for £19), but the choice of dishes on this menu is not extensive. With the exception of one member of staff, all of the staff were very polite and courteous andwe would definitely visit this hotel again

Steamroom smelled really badly!

Excellent Hotel, well placed for travelling onward. Highly recommend 10/10 The full English breakfast was amazing. The room a delight, much better than the standard rooms in other hotels. Staff polite and very helpful. We will return again, cannot recommend highly enough! Well done Suites Hotel and it's fantastic staff!

We enjoyed our stay at the hotel. The room was comfortable and the breakfast was good. the only negatives are the location as it is on an industrial estate and we felt the restaurant staff were a bit quick to clear our table during breakfast. Would definately use this hotel again.

Great hotel with great service. Staff extremely friendly and helpful. Lovely breakfast. Very impressed with room and facilities. Location okay for business trips as you avoid Liverpool City Centre traffic and there are good bus links although a bit uncertain coming home by bus late at night as different companies run the route so you get dropped into an estate in Croxteth at the end of the Arriva route. Would recommend a taxi if you're a nervous type.

good value for money. only negative for us was that children are only allowed in pool at certain times of the day.

Enjoyed the extra space provided by the sitting room adjacent to the bedroom. The whole package including English breakfast was excellent value.

The staff at this excellent hotel were very friendly and helpful, making our stay a very pleseant one. the food in the restaurant was of a very high standard and served by helpful friendly staff. we would not hesitate to stay again and would recommend it to our friends.

What a wonderful Hotel! Clean, spaceous, plenty of parking and helpful staff. Also convenient location just off the Motorway, recommended!

This is an excellent hotel and merits full marks in every category. The staff were very friendly, very attentive and we enjoyed our stay immensely. We hope that we may have the opportunity to return there sometime in the future. It offers great value for money ... but please do not use this as an excuse for raising the price!

It was a very nice hotel and people are friendly.

It was very impressive. I stayed over with a friend, we had travelled up from London to see the Paul McCartney concert at Anfield. We followed the directions given and found it easily. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was superb and the suites were excellent. I highly recommend this Hotel and will use it again.

Although the cost of the room was reasonable, the bar and snack menu prices were astonomical!

Very good large rooms and comfortable hotel. Only draw back is the location although you can go to the centre for around Gbp 12

Not much near hotel need a car to get arround,very nice hotel.nice rstaraunts in st helens.

Would definately stay again. A few pounds more than a travelodge but well worth it for the fantastic room alone.

Everything about this hotel was brilliant from the check in staff to hotel rooms to facilities. We also used the restaurant and the food was fantastic.
