"Have stayed here previously, (when new) this time the foyer and the lift doors were very dirty,as was the glass entrance door to reception, reception was not manned during specified hours. Dissappointed.We booked this apartment for Reginald who was our guest from overseas. " - Reginald Galestien
"DO NOT STAY HERE! It self rates as 4.5 star - they must be joking! The apartments are spacious but that is the only thing going for the place. Carpets and couches were grubby and stained; windows had not been clean for ages; the lift was non-functional; there was no remote for the TV; furniture was damaged; the refrigerator had not been cleaned properly; there were holes in the plasterboard and there was uncleaned scribble from a child on a door and wall! And, if that was not enough, the apartment was not serviced! When I discovered this, the reception was already closed. The stated hours for reception were 7.00 am to 9.00pm but there was only someone there from about 10.00 am to 6.00 pm. When I complained about the apartment not being serviced, I was given the excuse that housekeeping must have missed it. Missed it? There are only 12 apartments in the whole place!!" - Anonymous
"This apartment hotel could be really good but lets itself down in some key areas.
Room supposedly smokefree but there was a strong smokers smell on entering the apartment. Kitchen not well cleaned, surfaces grimey and crockery, glass ware and cutlery well short of sparkling clean.
Some shoddy workmanship apparent, basin tapware loose in fitting and towel rail half out of wall. lots of scuff marks on walls which detracts fromoverall appearance
My room was not serviced, not sure if it was meant to be, did not really worry me.
Reception hours very limited. I followed the instructions to deposit my key on leaving only to discover that I then could not access the carpark to get my car out.... Phoned number left on door and was told he was 15 minutes away. Lucky I did not have a plane to catch and as someone was leaving the carpark I managed to get in and get my car eventually. The property consists of stunning 1, 2 and 3 bedroom apartments; all features the latest in modern furnishings & interior design. All apartments have balconies, separate air conditioning, 42” flat screen TV, DVD player and micro system, separate living room from bedroom, fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, full laundry facilities, iron and ironing board, hairdryer, clock radio and security intercom. The broadband internet access and direct dial cordless phones are available in all apartments.
Cable TV with 22 channels, including 5 movie channels and 3 sports channels are provided in some of the apartments.
