The property consists of stunning 1, 2 and 3 bedroom apartments; all features the latest in modern furnishings & interior design. All apartments have balconies, separate air conditioning, 42 flat screen TV, DVD player and micro system, separate living room from bedroom, fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, full laundry facilities, iron and ironing board, hairdryer, clock radio and security intercom. The broadband internet access and direct dial cordless phones are available in all apartments. Getting there:From the airport: take citylink tollway and exit at Bulla Road and turn right. This turns into Mt Alexander Road,turn right at the intersection with Keilor Road. Summer Inn is around 200m down at the right hand side. From city: take tram 59 at Elizabeth St,get off at stop 48,which is right in front of Summer Inn.
Check-in Procedure:All guests MUST provide a valid credit card on arrival and photo ID. We are open from 7:30am-7pm seven days. Please advise if you will be arriving outside of these hours.
Car parking:One car space in our secure undercover car park is complimentary, per apartment. Additional car park is subject to availability.
Child Policy:Children under the age of 12 years stay free of charge in existing bedding.
Manager kindly organised another 3 bedroom apartment for us, when she realised our [website] had confirmed our booking for an apartment which was not actually available. Prompt and helpful service.
Have stayed here previously, (when new) this time the foyer and the lift doors were very dirty,as was the glass entrance door to reception, reception was not manned during specified hours. Dissappointed.We booked this apartment for Reginald who was our guest from overseas.

This apartment hotel could be really good but lets itself down in some key areas. Room supposedly smokefree but there was a strong smokers smell on entering the apartment. Kitchen not well cleaned, surfaces grimey and crockery, glass ware and cutlery well short of sparkling clean. Some shoddy workmanship apparent, basin tapware loose in fitting and towel rail half out of wall. lots of scuff marks on walls which detracts fromoverall appearance My room was not serviced, not sure if it was meant to be, did not really worry me. Reception hours very limited. I followed the instructions to deposit my key on leaving only to discover that I then could not access the carpark to get my car out.... Phoned number left on door and was told he was 15 minutes away. Lucky I did not have a plane to catch and as someone was leaving the carpark I managed to get in and get my car eventually. Still not a good situation.
Enjoyed our stay, big rooms,convieniently located several blocks from restaurants and fast food places.
A very new apartment complex that, whilst initially hard to find due to no signage, was exceptionally surprising in the size and grandeur of the 2br apartment. It had all the mod cons including plasma tv, stereo, laundry appliances etc and was very stately. Would absolutely recommend it!
Nice place to stay, except 3 bedroom apartment had only one bathroom.
Summer Inn Appts had great facilities. They were clean modern and spacious, well located with friendly and helpful staff. Would highly recommend this accomodation
