Amazing! My wife stayed here. The owners were SO helpful neither of us could believe it. I can honestly say they went out of their way to help. I am sure the owners would say it was only small things/ no big deal, but it was certainly unexpected and really appreciated. From my own experience, I phoned to extend my wife's stay, said just that - i.e one sentence, and they just said "no worries, we'll look after her". And that was it, sorted! I know it's a motel and they make money if she stays longer but I expected I'd be on the phone a bit to sort it out. Nope! And they did look after her. I don't stay in a lot of hotels/ motels but from my experience they are just a room with maybe breakfast service. This was more like she was staying with family! Oh, and the reason we booked in the first place because they were the cheapest in the area. Actually, now I feel we may gave got more value than we paid for! I am hard to impress. They impressed me. I hope they see this review.

Rented the Executive Spa Unit, was not impressed to find out when we arrived that the spa in our unit could not be used after a certain time. In our instance having returned from our function, we were not able to have our spa we were looking so forward to and the actual reason we wanted this unit.
Some of the units are showing their age but are at present in the process of being upgraded. The motel owners were extreamely helpfull and friendly.
