"Friendly staff and good service.Quality/price range is good however this is a budget. Don't expect a 3 star hotel as mentioned.

"We were pleased to be picked up at the airport on arrival which is included in the price.The staff were helpful and friendly on arrival.Basic hotel used only for a stopover,average breakfast.Returned on way back from Nepal staff change and not at all friendly or helpful.Representative from booking agency very good, checked both days to see if everything was alright.Organised taxi's etc.Very close to karol bagh markets..5 min walk.Suited us ,you pay for what you get." - Brent Cockerill Stephanie Cockerill
"This hotel is a good value for your money. It is safe and clean enough. Westerners will be surprised by the bustling, lively, and dirty neighborhood, Karol Bagh. But then again, this is India. "The hotel located in Karol Bagh Area.. It is very crowded area, but in general not clean. The room was average. There was one PC at the hotel reception connected to Internet. The conference room is a small room which also used a multi purpose room (breakfast and etc). In general the cleaning in Hotel was average But outside is really very bad.
