Sun City Hotel New Delhi

Very good value for money. Surprising really, since reasonable hotels in India are quickly very expensive. Location is not very good though if you are staying for business.

Clean good standard hotel with friendly staff not too far from Delhi Station, Old Delhi or Central Delhi. Restaurant on the roof is a little gem and open 24 hours, great food at good value. Only dissapointing aspects were the reception when we ordered extra tea cups for the room they never came. Also we had agreed a day trip around Delhi thorugh the hotel 2 days prior at a certain rate but the hotel manager upped the price at the last minute which was very unprofessional.

Our second visit to this hotel was better than our first. Cleaner room with better, although basic, bathroom. Staff remain friendly and helpful and assisted us by organising an airport transfer through the friendly folks at Abyss Tours.

An adequate cheap hotel. The free airport pickup is a plus.

This hotel gives exactly what it says on the tin. Perfect for a comfortable pit stop. Be aware that it is in Old Delhi not New Delhi though.

Ok hotel for the price. Placed in at silenced neighbourhood without traffic! And only 5 minutes walk to the metro station which is only two stations from Connaught Place. The rooms are small, but anyway how stays in the room on the vacation. Alright that the good stuff, but there also two very annoying things: The staff starts early in the morning and are very noisy, latter one will find the it is nearly the same on every hotel in India, but notice you probably will be waken at 6 am by loud Indian talking in the corridors. And dont expect to get any help from the man in the reception. First we ask for direction to the metro station, he did not show us the way but send us to a travel agency how tried to sell us overpriced trips in India. Next we ask for a good restaurant in the neighbourhood and the only one he will point out were the one on the hotel. Anyway a ok hotel for the price, but be aware of the reception guy.

Friendly staff and good service.Quality/price range is good however this is a budget. Don't expect a 3 star hotel as mentioned. Hotel breakfast is horrible. Matgosia and Jacoba

We were pleased to be picked up at the airport on arrival which is included in the price.The staff were helpful and friendly on arrival.Basic hotel used only for a stopover,average breakfast.Returned on way back from Nepal staff change and not at all friendly or helpful.Representative from booking agency very good, checked both days to see if everything was alright.Organised taxi's etc.Very close to karol bagh markets..5 min walk.Suited us ,you pay for what you get.

This hotel is a good value for your money. It is safe and clean enough. Westerners will be surprised by the bustling, lively, and dirty neighborhood, Karol Bagh. But then again, this is India. If you want to be situated in the heart of activity, real Indian life, then I suggest this hotel.

Good basic hotel. Our room had TV, small ensuite, a good aircon important in the summer, and they had a back up generator for all the blackouts which was handy. About 800m to the train station into the city. Close to Karol Bagh markets.
