The shuttle service from Jiaoxi train station came in real handy as it was pouring heavily from typhoon Maggie. The shuttle came within 8 minutes after we called. My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed the hot spring and fish spa. A point to note is that the rooms and bathrooms are in need of renovation/upgrading. Although hotel is supposedly to be smoke-free there were several occasions we could smell cigarette smoke along the corridor and stairways. Reception staff were helpful and friendly most times. Transport back to Taipei was arranged by reception for 'Capital' bus to pick us up from the hotel within minutes.

We found this hotel very nice. The staff was initially unsure about our booking through [website]. But told us they will sort it out. Once our booking was confirmed they apologised and offered us the use of their fish foot spa. A very nice gesture. The hot spring water piped to the room was very nice also was the large bath tub. Good range at breakfast too. Recommend this hotel will stay again.
