Located 50 metres from Maroochydore and Cotton Tree beaches, yet in a quiet street. Sundeck Gardens is a 3 level 2 bedroom ensuite apartment complex complete with everything you need, including 2 LARGE balconies, with views of the ocean from middle and top floors. Foxtel, Cd players, DVD's Air conditioning, fans, 2 Bedrooms PLUS 2 bathrooms, lifts, secure basement carpark. All apartments are spacious and well maintained by caring staff. Full Kitchens, Laundry, Dishwasher etc. Exclusive roof decks on top level apartments(2 with spas). The ground level apartments have large courtyards front and back. These are great for young families. We have 2 pools(one heated), a spa, sauna and bar-b-ques. Sundeck is central to all facilities ie shops, Maroochydore Surf Club, library, RSL, bowls, restaurants.
A park, with a children's playground, is between Sundeck Gardens and the beach.
Sundeck Gardens has a permanent on-site Resident Manager. |

Sundeck Gardens is located at 70-78 Alexandra Parade Maroochydore 150metres south of Maroochy Surf Club. Turn off Aerodrome Road into 6th Ave, right at the Information Centre into Melrose Parade and left into Alexandra Parade. Maroochy Airport is 10 mins drive from Sundeck and bus transfers from Brisbane Airport can be booked through on site managers. |

Guests are asked to advise ETA and if out of office hours, keys will be put in key deposit box outside reception. A welcome letter will accompany keys. Phone accounts are to be settled prior to departure. |
