"The property was very clean except for a musty smell in the corridors and room. The floor coverings and furnishings are a little tired however the bed was very comfortable. Our room was at the rear of the property away from the highway noise. Access if you are heading south or exiting in a southerly direction is a little challenge but was overcome with a couple of turns and a U turn at a safe place. The staff were excellent. I would stay here again if I needed accommodation in this area." - Anonymous
"Found the staff very helpful.The toilet is to nosie kept me awake though the night. Could not shower something wrong with shower head. Staff offered us to move we didnt becauce to much of a pain to pack up and move. We had baths. We would stay again " - Jane Jones
"For the price i paid for the room it was fairly poor. The hotel looked run down and in need of some TLC. I specifically asked for a non smoking room, however i could smell smoke throughout my entire room. " - Anonymous
"This hotel needs extensive maintenance work to be carried out to bring it up to standard. Corridors smelt strongly of cigarette smoke even though we were booked into non smoking. The Restaurant meals were below ordinary and were over priced for the quality. We found the staff to be efficient." - helen hillier

The Sunnybrook is set on eight (8) acres of landscaped gardens. The Hotel and Conference Centre creates a new class of Accommodation in the centre of Sydneys expanding southwestern business region. We are renowned for our flexibility and catering for small meetings containing 5 people or Gala Functions, Exhibitions, Trade Shows & Conferences for up to 1,950 people per day. All accommodation rooms are Non Smoking.
The Sunnybrook has eleven function rooms, including an Exhibition Pavilion, Grand Ballroom, Boardroom & 3 Syndicate Rooms, an A la Carte Restaurant,Bistro with Bar, Tennis Courts, a Swimming Pool with Spa and a Cafe Recreational Lounge.
