Getting there:Located on the site of the old Sunnybrook Winery the Sunnybrook Hotel and Function Centre is in the heart of Warwick Farm, a short distance from Liverpool, Cabramatta and Parramatta. The hotel is only 30 minutes from Sydney Airport and 45 minutes from Sydney CBD.

Car parking:We can accommodate complementary on-site parking for over 300 cars, with suitable areas for trailers, trucks & coaches including security area at the rear of the hotel.

The property was very clean except for a musty smell in the corridors and room. The floor coverings and furnishings are a little tired however the bed was very comfortable. Our room was at the rear of the property away from the highway noise. Access if you are heading south or exiting in a southerly direction is a little challenge but was overcome with a couple of turns and a U turn at a safe place. The staff were excellent. I would stay here again if I needed accommodation in this area.
Found the staff very helpful.The toilet is to nosie kept me awake though the night. Could not shower something wrong with shower head. Staff offered us to move we didnt becauce to much of a pain to pack up and move. We had baths. We would stay again

This hotel needs extensive maintenance work to be carried out to bring it up to standard. Corridors smelt strongly of cigarette smoke even though we were booked into non smoking. The Restaurant meals were below ordinary and were over priced for the quality. We found the staff to be efficient.

Excellent rates and Hotel facilities. In spite of distance from the city, there is a very easy route to get to the Airport in 25 minutes - Motorway 5.
