The Sunrise Nha Trang exceeded our expectations in every way. We are world travellers with high expectatons and this did not disappoint. From our personal reception at Cam Rhan airport to our last good-bye, we were treated as honoured guests, morphing to honoured family. The warmth, grace and genuine pleasure of each and every staff member to not only serve our needs and requests, but to anticipate and remember our choices was unparalleled. Our Club room on the sixth floor was beautiful, a pleasure to enjoy, looking right out on the sunrises over the water. Every amenity was provided and the cleanliness was impeccable. The complimentary breakfasts left nothing to be desired, and every meal in every venue was a dining pleasure. We cannot praise this property enough and will return again and again.
Great hotel, huge rooms & well located. Downside - tennis courts need to purchase balls & hire sub standard rackets, Irish bar would be the most expensive bar in town.

My family stayed here over New Years Eve of 2008/2009 and couldn't fault the hotels staff, service, cleanliness or quality of food provided. The Gala New Years Eve dinner was magnificently set up, the room and tables looked a million dollars, the entertainment was good and the buffet dinner superb. A buffet breakfast is included with a huge variety of Vietnamese, Western and Japanese dishes all available. The only small minus was that we had a jacuzzi (on the verandah) delux room and there wasn't enough hot water to adequately fill the spa in one turn and so you had to wait for the water to reheat to continue filling the spa. Also as these rooms have an outside bath, there is no bath in the actual bathroom just a shower. The staff were so helpful and friendly from welcoming you with a cold drink upon arrival, sitting down to do check in upon plush lounges to welcoming you/ addressing you whenever they passed you by. Great location.

what a fantastic hotel everything was wonderful and the staff were very helpful.The breakfast was good everything you could think of was their.The pool was out of this world it was brill iwill definately be returning there again.
A great resort right across the road from the beach. Walk about one kilometre up the beach front boulevard and you will be at the main torist/shopping/restaurant area. Great pool and gym. Nice rooftop bar. As expected, the price of drinks/poolside snacks is expensive. Staff great. Try to get a room with a balcony. Had a view of the beach with Vinpearl resort off in the distance.
This is a great hotel for a treat in Vietnam. It's 5 star with a great location directly opposite the beach and about a 25 minute walk into the town centre (minutes by taxi). The staff are very friendly and efficient. We really enjoyed our stay here.

Fantastic hotel. Situated beside the beach (although you have to cross a busy road to get there). Our room was superb (we got upgraded to Club Suite). We got a welcoming cocktail on arrival and a free head and neck massage at the poolside. The pool is amazing. The food is ok but not fantastic (buffet available but the selection of western food was not for us - kangaroo, ostrich etc!). Gym is nice, spa in the hotel. The hotel is so nice that we didn't get to see much of Nha Trang as we hardly left the hotel!
Facilities and environment are excellent. The room is spacious with a seaview balcony, and the Japanese and Vietnamese restaurants serve high quality food with reasonable price. The only drawback is that some of the staff there are not very helpful, especially to Chinese people. A staff called Mr. Chung there treated us as if we had no money to pay for the room rate and any service there. Such discriminatory practice seldom occurs in Vietnam but it happened to us.
