Getting there:When coming from the direction of Cape Town, take the N2 towards Somerset West. Keep on the N2; pass Somerset West, direction Sir Lowry's Pass. Just before you reach Sir Lowry's Pass, turn RIGHT in the direction of Kleinmond and Gordon's Bay. Coming from the Garden Route take the first turn LEFT after Sir Lowry's Pass in the direction of Kleinmond and Gordon's Bay. After about 500m at the top of the hill turn left into Sweet Waters Road. After another 500m you will find the gateway to Sunset Manor on your right.

At first we were put off by the place being 3kms from Gordons Bay centre but as we had a rental car,this ceased to be a problem. The young owners were lovely genuine people and made us feel at home. As there was only six self catering rooms it was very quite and peaceful.The small pool was excellent, rooms well equipped (wow the soft white towels ).We cannot speak highly enough of this under-rated guest house.
Neat, spacious apartments with fantastic view of False Bay and the mountains. Apartment fitted with enough gadgets to make self-catering a viable option. Central location for drives to Cape Town, Winelands, Overberg, Hermanus and Strand/ Gordons Bay beaches. Somerset Mall and surroundings provides wide choice for food places within comfortable 10 minute drive. Simon was a good host and is knowledgible about surrounding area. Stay was very comfortable.
