Take any Bus (201, 216, 207,206,245, 205,204) to the city centre and get off at Augustaplatz
At Augustaplatz there is a Bar called Nocturne Bar - go to that bar, from there you see Sunshine Apartements up on the street.

Fly to Karlsruhe-Baden airport with Ryanair.
Take Bus 205 and get off at Augustplatz or Leopoldsplatz and follow directions above.
