Small motel, all facilities available including swimming pool, good location, and very quiet.

Excellent value for money. Friendly staff.

We stayed for 9 nights due to work committments renovating our daughter's house. You can hear gold coast highway traffic but it didn't bother us. It is basic and clean.Towels changed daily bed changed in the middle of our stay. The pool/spa/bbque clean and adequate size. Friendly lady on reception. Very good value for money due to staying for a longer period worked out at about $55 p.n. including our Hotel Club $$$ which we used for the booking. Lovely beach at Miami/nth Burleigh Heads plenty of places within walking distance to eat at. Also shopping complex containg Coles supermarket. Microwave and small fridge in room. Bus stops nearby if needed.

Older property but very clean and tidy with good sized room and good facilities. Very friendly & helpful staff! Would definitely recommend!

The rooms were nice and spacious. The pool, spa and BBQ area was well set out. Pool and spa were extremely well maintained. Parking was a problem as we went out for the evening and upon our return there was no parking on site and we had to park on the street in front of the motel. We would definitely consider staying there again

We had a studio room,we found it very nice,Donna,the manager,and her mother Gail[chef] were both very friendly & helpful. It was a pleasure to stay there,highly recommend it, we stayed an extra night,price very reasonable,handy to everywhere,home away from home.Do go there,it is great to feel so welcome .

Good value for this base priced 3 star type resort hotel. The rooms are very close to each other and noise travels from other rooms ( we were in a rear room and had no street noise ). Otherwise a clean and neat room and I would stay again.

The hotel location to transport, Surfer's Paradise and airport was good. However, the hotel itself has non-smoking policy with fines of $200 if people smoke in their rooms. As non smokers ourselves the room smelled of smoke when we arrived. Throughout our stay next door to us we could not keep the balcony sliding door open when we wanted some fresh air or breeze because of the person next door smoking all the time and the fumes constantly blowing into our room. Its a pity we could not even sit on the balcony because of someone smoking next door. The female office staff was not very friendly, she showed an arrogant rude attitude when we inquired about something. Thanks to the gentleman who works there's friendly nature he neutralized our disappointment.

This property was very convenient for me and the service I received from the managers was exemplary. As an indication, I returned for another stay later in the week. The room was clean and comfortable, with good value for the price I paid.

Basic but comfortable room that was unique in that it offer three single beds, rather than having two people sharing a double or queen, as was offered by the majority of hotels. Good value for money.
