The only negative comment I have is about the room air conditioner. You cannot control the temperature, only the fan speed. The hotel is very convenient to get to and out, close to lot of restaurants and shops. Staff is very friendly and speak English. As any Japanese would, they will go out of their way to accommodate you.

Great hotel in a good & convenient location in the central of Ikebukuro. The greatest convenience of all is that there is a direct Airport Limousine service to both Haneda and Narita airports which is very important for travellers to Tokyo. Sunshine City is fantastic for the whole family and connects directly through subway to the Sunshine 60 which is the central entertainment hub in Ikebukuro. For travellers to Ikebukuro, this is one of the best choice for value and convenience.

It is a well maintained reasonably priced hotel in a good location. One advantage is the bus service to Narita.

The hotel is convienently located near shopping. It is situated above a shopping mall. The walk to the train station was around 5 minutes. The included breakfast was excellent with a wide variety of choices of both Japanese and Western style foods.
