"Mixed views on the hotel. Upon reaching the hotel, we discovered that the aircon system wasnt working due to renovations. They tried to appease us by giving us a double bed room (instead of two singles). pleased that they were accomodating but peeved that they hadnt informed us earlier
Rooms are tidy and comfortable. However, first two nights, we felt as if the bed had bed bugs. But that stopped completely on the third to the 5th night as we both could sleep comfortably.
facilities wise, internet connection is good and fast, location is in a good area although i've stayed in a hotel with lesser walking distance to the train station. But i would still say its a good location nevertheless. Pricing is very reasonable if thats what they still offer once the renos are complete.
Best part is the service as the conceirge and managers were helpful and fast response. They dont speak english very well, but they sure try their best that they can in meeting your needs.

Hotel Sunshine was opened in Sinsa-dong, the center of Gangnam on May 10, 1984.
Through an extension work on January 2000, we were equipped with 110 guest rooms, a parking space for more than 100 cars and various incidental facilities, becoming a dignified and refined first-class business hotel. With 2002 World Cup as the starting point, foreign tourists of about 30,000 persons continue to visit Hotel Sunshine every year.
