"Very clean with very friendly and helpful staff. It is a excellent place for family with children as it is situated next to Sunway Resort which something for everyone to do. It is also attached to one of KL's many shopping malls with at least 6 floors of designer outlets. Beware of the the prices for drinks etc as these are a little high compared to local bars which are only a short 2 minute walk away." - Paul Emmerson

"Excellent resort hotel. Great if you don't want to stay in busy KL. Linked to the Theme Park and Pyramid shopping mall with an ice rink. Staff and food were great. Room and view were excellent. Would stay here again." - kylie lisk
