The hotel is new, as it was opened in june 2003. All apartaments and rooms are air conditioned, have satellite TV, phone and free 24 h. Internet DSL connection. Almost all of them have a great seaview or golf and seaview, and are prepared to try to make you relax and feel at home while you enjoy your stay in Sitges. Sunway Playa Golf Hotel & Apartments is the perfect place to stay if you want to enjoy your holidays at the Sitges beach in summer, if you want to play golf on a mediterranean 18 championship golf course, or just to spend some relax days all through the year. Getting there:- BY CAR: From Barcelona, take the coastal highway (AP-16) to the south, direction Tarragona. Some 40 km. after leaving Barcelona get out of the highway taking the "Sitges centre" exit. Once in Sitges, get directly to the sea promenade: we are on the south end of that promenade, so it will be easy for you to find us. - BY PLANE: The closest airport from Sitges is the Barcelona airport, located some 25-30 km. far from Sitges. There are international flights arriving to Barcelona from all over the world. Once at the airport, you may take a taxi to Sitges (some 40-60 euros) or a train to Barcelona and, from there, a connecting one to Sitges. - BY TRAIN: There are trains leaving from Barcelona to Sitges every 10-15 minutes. You can take trains going direction "Vilanova i la Geltrú" or to "Sant Vicens de Calders": both will stop in Sitges some 40 minutes after leaving Barcelona. You can take trains to Sitges from any railway station in Barcelona ("Paseo de Gracia" is a good option).

Lovely views and apartments. But quite a distance from the centre of Sitges. Lovely if you want to be away from things but a bit of a distance if you want to be in the middle of the action.
Very nice hotel.2 large swimming pools.Good breakfast with plenty of hot and cold food.Located next to beach but 20 min walk from town centre. Cheap bus service to town. I would stay there again.
A very pleasent surprise when we arrived at the hotel. Beautiful view, very clean, an excellent location. Excellent resturants at the hotel and very good breakfast made our stay quite enjoyable. We would stay there again and recommand it to others.

Make sure you know how many beds you have booked as sometimes the sleeping arrangements consist of a sofabed and nothing else.
Sunway is in a beautiful location. Very quiet. There is no entertainment in this complex and that is a pity. It is not designed for young people.
This is one of our favorite hotel in Sitges. The location is great since it's far away from the noise and yet it is close enough if you want to go to the center of town.
The hotel was very clean throughout, and offered excellent sea views. The facilities were as expected, however the level of customer service did let it down. Staff were polite and courteous, but not friendly.
We stayed here last year and couldn't fault the place or service. Upon our return this year, we were however disappointed to find the reception staff unhelpful and sometimes unfriendly. I think the complex has got so big that they have taken their eye off the ball in terms of customer care. It will not however stop me returning again as the location is fantastic.
We, 3 persons, used 2 rooms-appartment. It was big enough for 3 people. We had well equipped kitchen and washing mashine too.Possibilities in breakfast-table were very wide.We were very happy to be there.

We chose this hotel for the quiet position, therefore we were amazed when a group of very noisy school children checked into the hotel. This type of information that the hotel accepts this kind of booking should be made available at the time of booking. Other than that the hotel was excellent.

Superb hotel overlooking the Med. Somewhat out of town but an easy and interesting level walk into Sitges! Excellent breakfast choice. Room was huge with cooking, dining and balcony. Highly recommend at the right price.

I stayed in an apartment at this hotel and it was spacious, clean and modern. Included was also a washing machine.
