Sur Hotel Malaga

Air con wasn't working and it happened to be a humid night, but other than that, a nice little hotel. Very close to Cathedral area, so handy for going into town, though would be less convenient if you after the beach.

A typical business class hotel centrally situated in financial district and convenient for city shops , beach harbour, museums and other city sites. Good for 1 or 2 night stays

On the quiet street, very close to the commercial area, friendly and helpful employees. Very recommended

This hotel is a value for money. It offers quite a high standard at a reasonable price and its location is quite convenient. I recommend it to everyone !

Sur Hotel Malaga is centrally located, ideal to get around downtown. As I travel in January this was ideal for me. However, it is quite far from the beach. The hotel is simple, no service room or restaurant, but that was enough for me. It is a bit noisy between rooms. You can hear someone caughing next room, but not too bad, just a little. It is very clean and the personal are very nice and helpful. I would say that it is cheap and it has good quality.

hello Im Angela,from Cuban country, currently living in norway.I most to say i had the most beautiful vacacion in my life in malaga.My stayed in the hotel sur was wonderfull, the hotel its very very nice,cleaning ,kyed and confortabel. the most important thing its at personal are very nice people, i received very god atencion of all of them ,from the recepion to the cleaning people.Its very god to think at i will go bak there to the Sur hotel.I relaxed very well there.cheers.

Nice hotel, although very basic, but clean and inexpensive. Recommended especially for short stays in Malaga.

Happy to recommend. This is a clean comfortable place to stay, basic, but when on holiday all I require is a bed and a bath, not 5 star restaurant can get that outside.

Hotel Sur is located less than a minute's walk from the tourist information office and the airport bus stop. The reception staff were very friendly and helpful and the room was both a good size and very clean. The only complaint is that the walls are rather thin! However, if you are looking for a budget hotel, I would definitely recommend Hotel Sur.

I was 3 days in Sur hotel. The location is good, just in the center of the city. It needs 15min walk to the beach through nice park with palms. People working there were very nice, thanx God they spoke english (in Spain almost nobody speaks english).There is good conection with the bus station and airport (bus number 19) What else...I think it is enough :) Elena, Macedonia

Perfect location, short walk to centro, shoppingcenters and bus to the beach. People who worked in the reseption can be more serviceminded. It was not a smile in anywones mouth.

It is cheap and therefore the room is basic, but what do you need more. You don´t come on a holiday to stay in your hotelroom...

This is a great basic hotel in an excellent location at the edge of the old town, in walking distance of port/beach, eating/shopping and cultural centres. The hotel has limited facilities (no breakfast or other food) but the rooms and bathrooms are clean and comfortable and have everything you need. I would recommend this hotel highly. Note that the hotel's parking is accessed from the street behind (Calle Vendeja). It's much cheaper than the pulic car park along Trinidad Grund.
