Surf Parade Resort Gold Coast

It was a pleasure staying at The Surf Parade Resort, The staff were obliging, and friendly, Inside the rooms were clean, the pool was clean, nothing to complain about.

Stayed here with a friend who was visiting from the UK. Great little place about a 20 min walk from the heart of surfers. Fantastic little apartment with all the facilities you could need. Plus there is a jacuzi bath in the ensuite! Result. Would recommend for anyone wanting a cheap weekend away away from the hustle and bustle of surfers, however, still close enough to be part of the action.

We had an extra person in our unit which made it quite cramped. For just a couple it would be perfect. We found the location ideal as it was an easy walk to either Surfers or Broadbeach. We thought the facilities were excellent. We only rated the pricing as 'good' as we went in peak time and it ended up quite expensive.

My boyfriend and I satyed at Surf Parade Resort for 3 nights in mid November 2010. We found the room and especially the pool area to be very comfortable and clean with many great facilities. We felt inconvenienced by the fact only 1 roll of toilet paper was provided in our room for a 3 night stay and that we had to purchase extra if needed. Foxtel was most enjoyable and we took full advantage of the spinning TV (veiwable by the lounge, kitchen and even the bedroom) as the weather was not great in Surfers when we visited and we spent a lot of time indoors. The hotel was conveniently located between Broadbeach and Surfers, and there were many good specials with local businesses and restaurants that we took full advantage of. We would definately choose to stay at Surf Parade Resort on future holidays to Surfers Paradise.

Apartment was very good quality great views, good facilities, a bit of a walk to shops but transport is very good. Staff were very knowlegable and helpful as to all locations in the area.

Visited the hotel from 29 Oc to 01 Nov 2010. Very convenient, very clean and the location is very good. I hired a car and to move around to various plaves from Surf Parade was easy.. Price : it is reasonable...

Would stay again, the apartments are very well presented. Love the spa bath in the room, unfortunately didn't get a chance to use it but I hope I will in the future!!

Well appointed apartment living halfway between Surfers Paradise and Broadbeach. There is underground parking for your vehicle or a bus service at the door if you don't wish to walk to either district. A pool, spa, gym, sauna and BBQ complement the room which has a complete kitchen and bathroom which include an oven and washing-machine. The front balconies provide some view of the sea. The patrolled beach is a short distance away. Staff are attentive to requests.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. We stayed on the 7th floor and had a great view. We had a very relaxing stay.

Had a fantastic time there. Room was clean and had a great balcony, everyone around the pool was really freindly and social. No shops walking distance though. Will stay there again definitely.

this was a great self contained apartment. clean and with everything you could need in a room, everything in the kitchen (minus food of course) a washing machine, balcony, hot tub, even sky tv! the facilities were great, with tennis courts, swimming pool gym and BBQ! you can rent tennis rackets and balls or just bring your own. The reception staff were incredibly helpful and always had the answers! The location is very close to the beach but about a 15-20 min walk to broadbeach shops and a short bus ride to surfers paradise shops. very close to gold coast highway however which is where most major buslines operate.

Very clean, reasonable price, lovely staff but the blinds are way too light and thin and let in too much morning sun too early.

Nice apartment, spacious, great views

One bedroom apartment was nice accomodation at a reasonable price, but: 1. The location was halfway between Cavil Ave and Broadbeach shops, and a bit too far to walk to either. 2. No aircon, and it gets hot. 2. All aptmts have a glass wall facing east, toward the beach. Nice except that they only have light vertical blinds that dont block the sun, which was rising at about 5am and filling the aptmt with light and heat. Light sleepers will wake at sunrise.

Great location half way between Surfers and Broadbeach. Overall we were very happy. Only aspect that could be improved was the bed (fold out sofa) for the third adult in our group. It was not comfortable, it was rather worse for wear.

no air cond other then that erevy thing is good

a good place to stay. Only negative was the heat from the morning sun on the bedroom window meant waking up to heat. We stayed in room 72. Suggest a small air con unit as there was little humidity in the morning for the fan to be effective. The spa bath required a large step in which could be difficult for old or those without the best leg joints. A small step on the outside would help. All up, an enjoyable stay.
