Surfers Century Oceanside Apartments Gold Coast

For the price we paid we expected to get free internet access. We book for a 2 bedroom apartment but we only got 1 parking space, therefore the other couple who was staying with us had to find parking space elsewhere. Furthermore we only got 1 access key which was inconvenient because we wanted to do own things and meet up with the other couple later but we have to make sure we get back to the apartment on time for the other couple to access the apartment. We found it misleading from the photos with ocean view so we booked for it but it wasn't as we expected. You can only see a little portion of the ocean.

We had free underground parking which was good, didnt need to pay extra. Facilities available were good & the heated spa was wonderous! Location is great, u can open your verandah & bedroom doors & just listen to the ocean all day & night which we all absolutely loved. Amenities were old - we found chewing gum on the bottom of the recliner & there was also sand in the recliner. Rang up reception to advise them straight away so they didnt think it was us & decide to charge us later down the track. However they didnt seem to care much as they didnt send a cleaner or anyone up. Other than that the stay was comfortable, cable on tv was minimal with channels but did us just fine with old movies. Reception were lovely lovely people but i'd only go back if it was the last decent place to stay at. We paid $185 a night for 3 nights - so for what we got I dont think it was great value for money. It would definately be value for money around $120-$150 per night.

The 2 bdrm apartment is large, modern and clean. A couple of lights were not working when I checked in, but they were changed within half-hour after I gave the reception a call. Location of the place is great, i.e. 10 mins walk max to Cahill Ave and 3 mins walk to the patrolled beach.

Good location one street from beach with roomy balcony and great views of beach and city from our 19th floor apartment. Would stay there again.

We were very pleased with the way management offered to help us with any little enquiry and there local knowledge of what was going on helped us too. Also a big thank you goes to the night manager who was on duty for all his help when we arrived at 10pm 4 hours late. A very enjoyable holiday, next time we will be staying longer. The apartment may have been slightly dated but it was very clean nevertheless - value for money. It is in a great location, 5 min walk to some restaurants, 10min walk to major shopping precinct/mall, and a matter of minutes to the nearest bus stops for all the theme parks. Foxtel is provided, though not all channels. Security it good too as you need a key to scan yourself in after hours and in the lifts. Managers were very helpful especially with local advice re: restaurants, bus stops, etc. We enjoyed our stay here and would recommend to anyone.

Very good location. Very good view of the surrounding areas - the beach, Q1 and Nerang River. Surfers Paradise's downtown is about 10 min walk.

This is the second time that my family and I have stayed at Surfers Century Apartments and have bee totally satisfied each time. I would totally recommend these apartments to anyone. The apartments are clean and well kept. We also have been fortunate enough to be on high floors, this time on the 27th floor, with the most fantastic views of the Gold Coast. The apartments are well located. Far enough to avoid the general night time noise of Surfers Paradise, yet close enough to be able to walk into Surfers for shopping and eating. I thank [your website] for offering the good deals they do and enabling myself and my family to have a good break, although only a short one.

Very good priced accommodation in a wonderful location just minutes from town center -short stroll to the beach, shopping, restaurants etc. Our 2 bedroom unit was spacious ,clean, excellent views and very well kept - perfect for a family of 4. Would definitely stay here again on a repeat trip to Surfers.

The accomodations were great. The view was wonderful. The only suggestion I would have is to have internet access in all apartments. It could be on a pay per use basis, but with only 1 computer in the reception area, made it difficult to work. I would recommend Surfers Century Oceanside Apt. Gold Coast to anyone wishing to stay in the area.

We had a wonderful time, great views, excellent customer service and 4-star facilities. I would definately rate this hotel as a well located and efficient hotel. I look forward to getting back soon.
