Surfers Del Rey Apartments Gold Coast

It was the best value for money on our holiday. everything was perfect. the air conditioning cost is a little over the top and should be included in price, especially during summer. after all, the cost over three nights was $302.54 so an additional $30 dollars added to the price is still very good value. The reason i know this is because i stayed at another accommodation before arriving at Surfers del Rey, which was over priced and below a reasonable standard for the price charged.

the cooking utensils were very worn out but the crockery was fine. Dripping tap in bathroom and no extra supplies given. still a good place for a short break

Other than service, the apt is very convenience for first time visitor like my family and me. The service was bad as complaint on lights not working was not attended to till our departure.

This is a top venue in every respect. My mates and I enjoyed our time at SDR apartments and will definitely be going back there again. We had a decent sized apartment, the pool is great, it's so close to Cavil Ave, and the staff were very warm and welcoming, not to mention accommodating. I'd recommend it to anyone. Best I've stayed in yet at the Gold Coast!

Overall I'm very satisfied with the apt. esp. to Tobias and Katriya who went all out to help me with all the bookings during my recent stay during the peak Christmas Season, thank you for your hospitality. However there're 2 things I think you can improve, i.e. to replace the electric kettle which is black on the inside and the washing machine which needs constant checking (otherwise it will stop) with unbalanced load after washing for a while. I need to pull out the clothing and readjust them every time. That's why I never bought a top loading washing machine, I use a front loading washing machine at home.

It was a very neat, clean apartment. Great pool & spa, close to beach & shops (quick walk). Very helpful & friendly hosts.

The location of the apartment is very good, close to Cavill Ave which is very handy. Also good that you have your own car park. No problem with intruders as apartment block is secure. Apartment is spacious and the facilities are good. We were at the top floor of the building so we got lots of cool air. Every Apartment offers a view of the river. I would recommend this apartment to any1.

The location is relaxed and within easy walking distance to central Surfers including the RSL Club which has good meals at reasonable prices. Trevor and Toe Toe (the Managers) provided exceptional service. Recommended for mature couples.
