The resort is easily accessible by taxi, limosine, coach, bus, and hire car by following the signs to Surfers Paradise.
Check-in Procedure:
Please present confirmation letters or photo ID upon arrival. Reception hours are 8.00am to 5.00pm Mon-Fri 8.00am to 6.00pm Sat & 8.00am-1.00pm Sun. if arriving outside of these times please contact the resort directly. A credit card imprint or $100 cash deposit is required upon check in.

Secure underground car parking available to all guests, one car space per apartment.
Child Policy:
Cots and highchairs available for guests for a minimum charge. Please notify the resort prior to arrival of your requirements. Children under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult.Each one bedroom apartment accommodates up to 4 people and the two bedroom apartments accommodate up to 6 people. This includes children and infants.
